When I want to login in, I can see a message in the browser address window that says : «website not secure» written in red letters. This is new. What does it mean?

What we browser and OS are you using?

Off the top of my head, I'd guess it's because we use http and not https. In which case, having a higher security level would only really be relevant if we were taking money from you (which we don't, even on our "shop" sub-site, which works on referral commissions only).

Mac OS High Sierra (10.13.4) with Safari.

Likely it's because of http instead of https.

I'm on Chrome with Widows 7. I got the message once. Hasn't popped since then.

I've got this.

But only when someone posts a link to thepiazza.org.uk (without the "www") instead of www.thepiazza.org.uk.

I periodically scan through the forum looking for links without the "www" and edit the posts to add them in, as the shorter URL causes problems.

I'll check with phpBB support, at some point, to see if there is a way to turn off that shorter URL.
