So that's the same sort of dice I have in a standard set (d4, 4d6, d8, d10, d10x10 (for percentile rolls), d12 and d20) plus a big die with guild symbols plus a tin with symbols on it. For $20.00 USD.Amazon.com wrote:
Dungeons & Dragons Guildmasters' Guide to Ravnica Dice (D&D/Magic: The Gathering Accessory) Game – November 20, 2018
by Wizards RPG Team
11 Premium dice for the world's greatest roleplaying game.
Heed your guild! Life in the big city isn't always easy. As tensions between the guilds run high, the streets of Ravnica have never been more perilous. A good set of dice may just save your hide.
- Eleven translucent polyhedral dice: one d20, one d12, two d10s, one d8, four d6s, one d4, and one oversized guild die available ONLY with this release.
- Durable storage tin with foam notches for all 11 dice, embossed with the guild symbols of Ravnica's ten guilds.
- Accessory for Guildmasters' Guide to Ravnica—the first Dungeons & Dragons book to explore the world of Magic: The Gathering.
- Dungeons & Dragons is the world’s greatest roleplaying game. Created in 1974, D&D transformed gaming culture by blending traditional fantasy with miniatures and wargaming.
I'm sure you could get all of that, except the special die and the tin for less than that.
I'm a bit disappointed that, when we could have had a "proper" D&D product (like some Ravnica miniatures) we got a tin of dice instead. It just seems like a pose item to me.
Has anyone actually bought this? What do you use the guild-symbol dice for?
