5e NPC - Cannith Wand Adept

I needed a little more color to the rival Cannith expedition the PCs will be fighting. Figured I'd take an idea from a pretty cool 3.5 PrC! I think I might want to make a feat so PCs can replicate it. I don't think the ability to cast two cantrips would be that imbalancing.

The "Driven" trait is a feature of the variant humans for my campaign. All human NPCs have it, and since all wand adepts are from House Cannith, and they're all humans, I included it by default in the wand adept's stat block.

Cannith Wand Adepts are elite spellcasters of House Cannith that have trained to channel arcane energies into two arcane focus wands at once. They are frequently used as trusted guards and escorts for functions vital to the House.

Driven (1/Day). The wand adept makes an ability check, saving throw, or attack roll with advantage.

Potent Cantrips. The wand adept adds its Intelligence modifier to the damage of any cantrip it casts and casts them as a 5th level character.

Spellcasting. The wand adept is a 4th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 13, +5 to hit with spell attacks). The wand adept has the following wizard spells prepared.

Cantrips (at will): acid splash, blade ward, fire bolt, shocking grasp
1st level (4 slots): detect magic, identify, mage armor*, magic missile, shield
2nd level (3 slots): cloud of daggers, misty step

*The wand adept casts mage armor on itself before combat.

Dual Wand Casting. The wand adept can expend a 2nd level spell slot to simultaneously cast two cantrips as one action.

Wand Strike. Melee Weapon Attack:
+4, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) bludgeoning damage.
