Nice review at the WASD20 channel. Mostly positive, but with a few minor criticisms.

I didn't realize they were handling Dragonmarks as a class?

Dragonmarks are being handled as sub-races. Aberrant dragonmarks are feats.

It's a very good review, apart from him getting mixed up and saying that there were a few 3.5 Eberron books and many 4e books (when it's the other way around).

Flipping through the pages and showing what is there, was especially useful.

That's an interesting way to go.

Of course, it does mean that you always have a start a Dragonmarked PC as a 1st level PC, rather than have the Dragonmark manifest later on.

I believe that's intentional for normal dragonmarks. Aberrant dragonmarks are the ones that can appear at any time (except for people who already have a dragonmark), so a feat makes sense for those.
