Dragon Fist RPG
Dragon Fist was an AD&D 2nd Edition variant RPG written by Chris Pramas and released for free on the website of WotC. It was later sold back to Chris Pramas' RPG company, Green Ronin. Read more about the RPG here.
  • Dragon Fist RPG (1999, WotC)
  • Dragon & Phoenix (1999, Adventure)
  • Dragon Fist Character Sheet (PDF Download)
Most of the free material can be downloaded at the Internet Archive.

Flying Swordsmen
Flying Swordsmen RPG is a retro clone based on Dragon Fist RPG, available for free.

Were any other products ever released for Dragon Fist or Flying Swordsmen?

I just reached out to the designer of Flying Swordsmen to see if he or anyone else had created additional supplements for the system. I'll let you know if he points me toward anything.

Thanks! That would be very useful! Perhaps we could get him to come here and talk to us about it? :)

Let me check with Chris Pramas if we could make this one available somehow.

Dennis Laffey got back to me. He didn't create any supplements for Flying Swordsmen. Here's what he had to say:

Tim - no, I didn't. I think Lee Barber had some stuff on his old Plateau of Xolgmod blog, but he seems to have taken it down.

I went right into working on Chanbara after I had released FS, so never came up with anything extra for it.

As I mentioned to Tim on my blog, I don't have any supplemental material for Flying Swordsmen. I do have all the old adventure notes I used when I played it with my friends. Some day I'd like to get them cleaned up and in presentable format. For now though, I've got other priorities for my writing time.
