The 1st edition Kara-Tur boxed set had smaller maps, including a map of the city you specified (Cham Fau). Also, the two modules that came out for Kara-Tur during 2nd edition had more traditional poster-sized maps of a couple of the regions of Kara-Tur.

The modules that had these maps are:

OA6: Ronin Challenge
OA7: Test of the Samurai

The other modules, which were written for 1st edition (OA1 - OA 5) each had maps of very specific locals within the various regions of Kara-Tur, including a poster-sized map of a major city on the island of WA.
