Comments
1) The map is pretty sparse at the moment. I'm going to rely on the community to help flesh it out.

Since this is an Atlas, I thought it might be nice to include some location descriptions here as well.

Albheldri Islands
The high humidity from Mare Vaporum means that the Albheldri Islands are bathed in constant moisture. Rains fall daily on those islands nearest to Vaporum and the Pteryx Apennines and is often quite warm although downpours are colder and less frequent near the shoreward coasts of the Great Spindrift.

Ferns and club mosses of all shapes and sized dominate the islands, with giant horsetails growing along riverbanks and the shores of the many lagoons that dot the area. Screw pines can also be found on Albarendi, the Shemews, and other nearby islands. Small pines such as the Aleppo can be found along the island coasts, and are gradually replaced by larger species in the higher altitudes of the mountainous island interiors. Berries and other fruiting plants can be found near many settlements on the islands, carefully tended by the Albheldri inhabitants. A favorite among these is the Nithian fig, which was brought to the Hollow Moon across the Cold Void by Nephthisian refugees.

Scarabs, arboreal mammals, and even a few birds can be found on the islands. Moths, both giant and mundane, are common often serving as the major pollinators for many of the fruiting plants in the region.

Haemus Isle:
The largest of the Albheldri Isles, Haemus Isle was where the Nephthisian refugees first settled after escaping the corrupted Nithians who pursued them from Mystara across the Cold Void.

Mount Djedwesh
The tallest peak in Albheldri lands, Mount Djedwesh rises from the center of Haemus Isle. Its slopes are always lush and verdant except for the swaths of black rock left by the magma that occasionally runs down its sides.

Nephtet
Population: 10,000 (90% human (Albheldri), 10% other)
Max Spending Limit:
Important Figures: (High Priestess)
The first settlement of the Nephthisians and now the seat of their power, Nephtet has grown into a center for learning. Individuals from across the Hollow Moon travel here seeking out the knowledge and wisdom of the Nephthisians. In turn, the priestesses of Albheldri often set forth into the greater world in order to spread the faith of their religion.

In the center of the city rises the Temple of Silver, a shining structure of columns and menhirs dedicated the the Nephthisian’s chief goddess Nephthisi. Lit from below by a dim green glow, the temple reflects dancing lights across the city during fulldark, but grows dim as the lunar day approaches. Rumors abound that the temple is built upon a rare opening in the firmament (though none but the Albheldri truely believe this) giving the Nephthisians direct access to their immortal patroness and the mythical “outer world” beyond.

Pharis
Population: 4,000 (80% human (Albheldri), 17% shifter (Albheldri), 3% other)
Max Spending Limit:
Important Figures: (Order of the Cat), (Order of the Owl)
Pharis is the center for the worship of Bastet, and home to the largest population of Children of the Moon in Albheldri. Preserving ancient Nithian knowledge of the curse of lycanthropy, the Order of the Moon brings peace and serenity to those who possess some trace amount of the Taymoran disease in their ancestry. More than that even, the Nephthisians have turned what was once a curse into a blessing, giving the Children of the Moon control over their animal nature. The most talented among them can transform into their animal form at will, still maintaining control over their thoughts and emotions.

Tetis
Population: 1,000 (95% human (Albheldri), 5% shifter (Albheldri))
Max Spending Limit:
Important Figures: (Priestess of Maat), (First Daughter of Maat, leader of her Order)
Built at the base of the mountains, this small fortress monastery was created shortly after the Albarendi joined their Nephthisian allies in the Hollow Moon and eventually grew to support a small community around it. The Daughters of Maat grew from the combined mysticism of the Albarendi and the spirituality of the Nephthisians into a martial order dedicated to protecting the Albheldri and their ways. Many Daughters pledge themselves to a particular Nephthisian priestess and spend the rest of their lives serving as her protector, wherever she may travel.

Albarend Isle:
When the immortals first plucked the albarendi from the Ierendi Islands on Mystara, this is where they settled them.

Hetese
Population: 3,000 (95% human (Albheldri), 3% gnome, 2% other)
Max Spending Limit:
Important Figures: (Shipwrights Guild Master)
The shipwrights of Hetese keep the knowledge and traditions of the original albarendi settlers alive, and put them to great use building vessels to sail across the Great Spindrift. Deep in the vaults of the Shipwrights Guild is rumored to exist an artifact from the Nephthisians ancient past - one of the fabled ships that sailed across the Cold Void to find this new world. Some say that the Hetese Shipwrights use this ancient knowledge to craft the silver vessels that can sometimes be seen flittering across the firmament.

Shemew Isles:
Shemew is the name given to a series of islands that lie in Mare Vaporum beneath the shadows of the Pteryx Apennines. Many of these rocky outcroppings are constantly bathed in a humid mist created by the boiling seas around them, and suffer from foul winds blowing in from the many nearby volcanoes.

Mount Awiaped
Mount Awiaped is the site of clandestine meetings of the Cult of Rathenos.

Anenteph
Population: 1,500 (75% human (Albheldri), 25% shifter (Albheldri))
Max Spending Limit:
Important Figures: (Noumena Mystic Master), (Order of the Fox), (Order of the Dolphin)
Mystics devoted to the philosophies of Noumena were the first to settle here, though they have always faced trials from the evils hidden away beneath the waves of Mare Vaporum. Devil fish abound in the nearby seas, constantly plaguing shipping lanes and the unprepared who have settled on their shorelines. The Orders of the Fox and Dolphin are also based in Anenteph and work closely with the mystics of Noumena to help protect the Albheldri Isles.

Menra
Population: 500 (97% human (Albheldri), 3% other)
Max Spending Limit:
Important Figures: (High Priest of Pflarr)
The fortress of Menra was established to guard and protect the nearby acropolis - the final resting place for high priestesses and other important religious leaders of the Nephthisians. The Daughters of Maat always maintain a presence here, but over the years a small arcane school has grown in the area as well. Unknown to most the school harbors an ancient evil. The last vestiges of Thanatos worship have taken root there and their intentions for the acropolis are anything but benevolent.

Shorelands:
This narrow stretch of land bisects the Great Spindrift from Mare Tranquillitatis.

Hetese Portage
Population: 100 (97% human (Albheldri), 3% gnome)
Max Spending Limit:
Important Figures:
A handful of makeshift huts and small tents mark this settlement, which is largely transitiory during most of the year. Its population can double and sometimes even triple if ships from Hetese need to be ported across the narrow strip of land separating the Great Spindrift from Mare Tranquillitatis. Once the ships have been moved, the population again shrinks as most of the workers return to their more permanent homes, but a small cadre of workers and engineers stay to maintain the camp year round.

Osephon
Population: 7,000 (90% human (Albheldri), 8% gnome, 2% other)
Max Spending Limit:
Important Figures:
One of the few settlements on the “mainland”, Osephon is one of the larger Nephthisian communities in Albheldri. The village is built around the temple of Nephthisi, although this structure is not as grandiose as the one in Nephtet, which houses a library of their most sacred texts. The library was moved from Nephtet to Osephon after the first Fire Times that the Nephthisians experienced nearly destroyed it in Nephtet. Osephon also sees a respectable amount of trade from the east, mainly through the Promontory Pass of the Taurus gnomes.
