Magitech of Blackmoor

Postby RobJN » Wed Dec 25, 2013 11:05 pm

There has been some discussion over at the Comeback Inn about the various techno-goodies available for PCs to blow themselves their enemies up with.

While the DA series of modules concentrate on devices fresh from the City of the Gods, I'm taking a look at what has developed in the thousand or so years since the City's implosion.

Cool idea!

As a suggestion, while looking up unusual liquids for a different project, I stumbled upon aerogel, which just sounds like a great idea for a fantasy/magical/magitech sort of invention.

More magic than tech, but somemore stuff is up over at the Comeback Inn; mostly reprising material from the old website.

Rolled out during the First Beastman Crusade, nacelle-empowered weapons and armor gave the Men of Blackmoor the edge they needed to push their enemies back into the cold reaches of Hyborea. This magitech was later crudely rediscovered by magists of the Glittering Empire of Loktal Ironshield, and used to wage their war against the Dread Syharwehrven

Dragonstone Nacelle powers, on the blog.
