[Inspiration] Artstation: Ancient Cultures

Post by RobJN » Mon Mar 13, 2017 7:27 pm

I visit a website called Artstation, which hosts some phenomenal artists working in digital 2d and 3d art, from industry names down to hobbyists. They've been running an "Ancient Civilizations" design contest for a while now, and I thought some of that material might make for some inspiration for players or DMs looking for people, places, or things suitable for their characters or NPCs.

The current material(s) can be found here. This will probably change, once a new contest turns over, and hopefully I'll remember to update the link in the future :D

Wow! This is an amazing site that I had no idea existed. Thanks for sharing! I'm going to spend more than a bit of time browsing through those submissions ;)

What do you think of Martin Mottet's submissions?

The first two look like they might work as Azcan locations (although I'm not sure if Hollow World has polarbear-folk).
