This is a great list Havard. You've hit every source that I can remember off the top of my head (and a few others to boot), but I'm sure we'll be able to dig up a few more (hopefully).

Glad you found it useful. I like making these lists for my own reference as well.

Do you think it would make sense to include a list of Outer World specific products that go into some detail on the HW. For instance:

Caverns of the Shadowelves
The Athruagin Clans
Wrath of the Immortals

Or how about products that first introduced various HW cultures, like the Ylaruam Gaz (Nithians), Gaz1 (Traldar), B10 (Hutaakans), etc etc?

I think it would be useful, but we would probably want to make it clear that these are references to the HW, and not products about the HW. Perhaps put them in their own list category.
