Enduk Inspiration?

I'm not sure what particular Mesopotamian culture was the inspiration for the Enduk civilization- are they supposed to be more Sumerian, Akkadian, Babylonian, or Assyrian? (If it was any single one). Wondering if you guys have any ideas. Offhand, I'm thinking maybe they were supposed to be more M-Sumerian, with the Sokhtar then being M-Akkadian.

The Enduks are most closely identified with Sumeria or Sumero-Akkad. You can see this in the people and place names below, with similar RW names.

The rise of Akkad marked the close of the Classic Period of Sumer, but aside from the introduction of transnational tyranny under Sargon and the growing use of the Semitic Akkadian language, it was culturally a continuation of the Sumerian city-states in many regards.

The Nimmurian manscorpions are clearly in the Babylo-Assyrian style, again which can be seen in the name choices.

you may also add Atzanteotl's name "MENLIL" that derives from the sumerian god ENLIL.
