Should I also include threads on other boards such as the Bruce Heard thread on Gleemax, Frank Mentzer's thread on DF and Dave Arneson's thread on the OD&D forum?

I could see how these would be interesting to people, even if we want to keep everyone here

Probably. Doing so would make The Piazza an even more valuable resource and that has to be a good thing.

Finally got around to updating this list to include not just the Piazza, but also Dragonsfoot, the Comeback Inn, WotC and the OD&D Forum. Did I miss anything?
