Mystara Back in Print!

Weird red metals, dominions, immortals, hollow planets, invisible moons, and a lot of glorified magic zeppelins. It's all here.

I'm finding it quite ironic that they'd release this, one of the books I have the most copies of. ;)

(Since it has a double sided map, I had to get two copies, and I have back up copies of almost all the maps, which of course means I have four copies of this book...)

Just looking into this, and there are unfortunately not print options for most of the books I'm still missing — which I believe is mainly a few modules at this point. I'm seriously thinking of picking up the one that is, though (CM3).

Even some older products are cheaper second-hand than on Print on Demand. (The 1st Edition Dragonlance Adventures was still going cheap, when the PoD version came out.) I would suggest anyone considering buying PoD products takes one minute to check out the price of second-hand copies.

(Of course, with second-hand stuff, you have to find out if TSR made loose items that were bundled into the product and then check the seller has them.)

Yep, that's very tempting. My boxed set is a bit beat up and nice hardcover would be cool.

When ordering this book, I realized that I had not recieved the reprint verison of B2 and another non-D&D RPG book I ordered. Since that was more than a month ago, I got an email right back from Drivethru after I made the complaint saying they would ship new books. Great service! :)

Yeah, they're pretty good. I got bent out of shape because I mistakenly purchased a PDF I already had, a second time. I couldn't believe the site didn't indicate that I had it in my library. I got in touch with them and threw a fit, when they figured out that part of my library was on Drivethru, the other on RPGNow. They linked and combined the two libraries, and refunded my purchase price, pleasantly and without hesitation. I was impressed.

Wow this is awesome! :)

I have added both to the OP.

It seems like a missed opportunity not to offer B1-9 as a HC book as well, but maybe there aren't enough pages?

I wonder if the PWA comes in the format of the original or if they have changed it?

Most likely it is a scan quality issue -- they had a clean/clear enough file to work with for II, but don't yet have one for the first.
