I stopped following D&D with 4E, so I really don't have any insight for the current era. The DDI business model is too expensive for someone waiting for tidbits of old settings to show up

The encounter references the gods Gruumsh, Corellon, and Tiamat (from the default/Greyhawk setting) but the location is just screaming Known World.

I'd love to see something I could convert to Pathfinder of any and all the monsters like the nagpa or those insectoid robots I saw In critter book for 2nd Ed that right now I wish I hadn't sold on ebay.
The Vaults of Pandius has just about everything Mystara related that you could ever want. I know John Biles did a ton of 4E conversions that he posted here, and I think most of those are posted up to the Vaults at this point. If nothing else, you could use that as a guideline, but I'm pretty sure there are other rules versions on the Vaults, as well as several monster lists and indexes.
