I created a Yahoo Group called "Maztica Alive" where I would love fans of the setting to come see what's up. It's a place for homebrew, unofficial Maztica material created for and by the fans. I have also tried to keep what has been created so far "editionless" so that anyone can use it.

A recently added adventure is a sequel to City of Gold called the Ruins of Esh Alakar (those of you who have used the accessory should remember the ruins) from the "further adventures" portion of the book.

A second adventure is an adaptation of the 2008 horror film, The Ruins.

Hope you enjoy them!

I have added the URL for Maztica Alive to the top post, but not the email address. Spambots will come by this thread and send a ton of spam to it. I suggest you remove it from your post, or at least break it up with stuff like "[at]" and "[dot]". Anyone who wants to contact you (to get the email address) could also send you a PM (and that makes it totally spam proof).

David Schwartz, who updated the Jaguar and Eagle Knight classes for 3e has also updated the Plumaweaver and Hishnashaper over at the Paizo forums (along with other 3e Maztica rules conversions). The link is located here.

Hmm. That isn't really a website. I think maybe it deserves a bespoke thread. I've started one called [3e conversion] David Schwartz's Maztica Conversions

EDIT: I've changed my mind. I'll list the thread, but also quote the useful posts, from David Schwartz, in that other thread.

FYI... the Maztica Alive Yahoo! Group is getting hit by tons of porn-spam.

Ouch!

@Seethyr. If you have trouble working out how to block this, you can make me into an admin and I'll change over the settings so that all newbies have their posts go into a moderation queue. Once people post on-topic posts they can be flipped over to non-moderated. I've done this with my own Yahoo Groups and it stops the spam posts.

Looks like WotC turned off the Wayback Machine, with a robots.txt file. :(

Hey everyone,

I was going to start a new thread for linking any "True World" materials (which to me encompasses Maztica, Lopango, Anchorome or Katashaka) that are on DMS Guild, but it seems as if they would be appropriate to point out here. These aren't the ones I work on - just ones that I come across as I pore through the site. My personal ones are in my signature. I also don't really want to review them, I'll describe what they're about in a sentence or two in case someone wants to check them out.

I guess I will just keep editing this post as I find more.

Heros of the Sundered Realm
This seems to be the authors interpretation of Anchorome! It is actually the western portion of the continent and though I have not been thorough in reading it, there doesn't seem to be any connection to City of Gold or any other canon connections to the Realms (other than some references to the Aeree). I know I said I wouldn't review, but I have to give some love for the attractive map...

The Smoky Mirror
This is a short piece about an artifact that is its namesake. It is actually not intended (I believe) to be used in Maztica itself, but rather mainland Faerun. It essentially brings a little of the True World to Faerun.

Maztican Bestiary - Monsters of the True World
All the monsters from the original setting updated to 5e plus other creatures that were said to have lived on the continent in various Maztica products.

Children of Qotal
The Children of Qotal is a minor faction that has existed in Faerun for more than 200 years. Created shortly after the plunder of Maztica, and having survived the blue fires of the Spellplague, it now watches over Maztica's influence in Faerun, beneath the eyes of the other great factions, working in silence to perform the will of the Feathered Dragon.
