[MtG][Innistrad] Plane Shift: Innistrad (D&D/MtG crossover)

Post by Big Mac » Tue Jul 12, 2016 8:49 pm

Last month Zeromaru X mentioned an unofficial D&D/Magic: The Gathering crossover of Innistrad. Tommorow the official D&D/Magic: The Gathering crossover for Innistrad is going up on Dragon+.

In the meantime, Wizards of the Coast have given a preview of Innistrad to io9 Here is a taster of the article:
io9 wrote:Like Zendikar before it, the Innistrad supplement was written by James Wyatt, and features rules and background information for game masters to plan their own fifth edition Dungeons & Dragons campaign set in Magic’s Innistrad, home to creepy cathedrals, bloodythirsty vampires, rampaging werewolves, and all sorts of spookiness (as well as the setting of many a Magic expansion, including the recent Shadows over Innistrad).
Is anyone looking forward to this?

Thanks Rip. I was just going to go off to look at that.

I'll be interested to see what people think of this new setting.

I like that there's notes on crossing over with Curse of Strahd.
