Yes that would be the world as it existed at the times of King Kull of Atlantis.

Note that the word "Hyboria" is incorrect. There is only an adjective, Hyborian, which is used to refer to the Age and/or things related to the Hybori (the people who give the name to that age.)

I assume that is because Conan's World is really supposed to be a prehistoric version of our own Earth?

Yea, its the world in the time after Atlantis sank in the sea. A fun mess of Atlantis myths, every historical culture one can think of and theosophian ideas of world history.
