Snowblood's Remarkable Fanon

Netheril: flying cities, ancient scrolls written on gold leaf, and just a little bit of hubris.

Your welcome. I am amazed at the research he has done to intertwine so much canon into his own work. It really is good stuff.

Was that supposed to take me to deviant art?

No. I've never really seen people making RPG fanon on Deviant Art before. I'd have never have thought to look there.

It looks very interesting, but I can't quite take in the context to work out exactly what Phasai is doing.

I take it this all fits in with the elven era in the Arcane Age material (rather than the Neterese era). :? If that is the case, then I'd love to see this built into a "Forgotten Realms Historical Campaign Setting".

I have scanned what he has written pretty thoroughly and I have to say, as far as I know, he has done an amazing job of compiling all that has been written from the realms he is describing. The fanon that he has added conflicts with nothing. It's really amazing.
