The RPG scene in Asian nations

Post by Coronoides » Sun May 13, 2018 9:17 am

I represent the RPG Review Cooperative. We produce RPG Review fanzine.
This is a call to anyone who lives in Asia and wants to write a few words about the RPG scene in their nation or review and RPG from their nation. We did a similar thing for our Antipodes issue a little while back, check it out.

If you can help us out reply to this thread or send me a PM.

Thorf (who makes maps for Mystara and Calidar) lives in Japan. Maybe you could do an interview with him about how he got into D&D and making maps. :)

It's a shame you didn't have anything about Eldoria in that issue. Maybe you could hook up with Keith Done and the Friends of Eldoria for a later issue. I'd love to read an interview or some behind the scenes stuff about how Eldoria works.

Many years ago, there was a website called Tai Pei Gamers which was based in Taiwan. I was fascinated with this site because of some of the house rules offered there. And especially because the group allowed players to bring characters from all editions (this was pre 4E), to play in the same campaign.
