The Population here is mostly Karameikan and Thyatian, but there are also some Traladarans. People here know you too and often greet you. There are also many Vorloi men here who know you well.
Going north from M12 (Butchers Guildhall) in the Merchant District you can immediately reach the Church of Saint Lucor in the North End

). This district is mainly Thyatian and Karameikan, but the are of the Church is mainly Karameikan. You have not explored the rest of the district so far.
The block between M4 and M13 in the Merchant district lead instead to the Old Quarter
