That's a very generous offer. :)

I know that other people have also gone looking through public domain collections of pictures.

Yeah, that would be a good idea. If you can give me the url of his G+ account, it will be useful (I do not use G+ much, and I'm not familiarized in its use).

Now, if I get some illustrations of tieflings and dragonborn, that would be good.

I recommend replying on the following thread on G+, and then figuring out the best way to continue the conversation (e.g., over email or Google Hangout, etc.). https://plus.google.com/u/0/+Jeremyfrot ... 8VLMUGb844

I have excerpts from the PHB on the races typed up... would you like a copy? Also, about a year ago I found a "Keep on the Borderlands" campaign packet that described Nentir Vale and the Keep, along with the world and gods. I'm not sure if it was official or someone typed it up though, and can't remember where I found it. I think it's official because all of the Deity artwork, but it included Tharizdun which is usually left out.

Re: A Nentir Vale Gazetteer

I'm about to finish the Nentir Vale Gazzetter. This one only covers the Nentir Vale region (that I guess is enough to go from level 1 to 30 in 4e, and 1 to 20 in 3.x or 5e. The vale even has its own local Temple of Elemental Evil!). I'm proofreading and that stuff. So, quick question: is a good idea that Harkenwold is already occupied by the Iron Circle mercenaries at the start of the campaign? or is better to start the campaign before the invasion?

275 pages. And I left some stuff for another Gazetteer (or an appendix).

But here ya' go, welcome to the Nentir Vale.

I hope there aren't grammatical errors... ^_^

Impressive, very useful work. Not played (yet) in the setting, but should I manage to your Gazetteer surely is going to be a fundamental resource.
Also, I love Gazetteers :)

I hope you enjoy it.

BTW, I've made an update to the document, including the story of the Keep on the Borderlands (that I don't know why I left it out yesterday), the Pyramid of Shadows as an adventure site, and a few grammatical corrections.

New update (v.4):
-More grammar corrections
-More info about the gods
-Removing unnecessary stuff or stuff that is not Nentir Vale “canon”
-Adding the village of Baron’s Hill (a sort of “optional town” in 4e)

Thanks. It was a lot of work. Glad that is being helpful!

Elsir Vale will be in a future Gazetteer named "Beyond the Nentir Vale: the League of Nerath" (tentative name), with all known regions of former Nerathi Empire, such as Sarthel or the Barony of Therund.
