Who is your favorite 2000-2013 D&D artist? (including OGL, Pathfinder, etc)

Who is your favourite cover artist, interior illustrator or cartographer from this era? This covers the D&D 3rd Edition, 3.5 and D&Dn 4th Edition years, but I wanted to end it at 2013 so as to keep 5th Edition and beyond a separate thread.

I've included artists from 3rd party products like Pathfinder, various OSR and d20 games this time.

A list of names would be useful. ;-)

Three artists from this period really stick out for me:

Tom Lockwood, who designed a great deal of the core look for Third Edition.

Wayne Reynolds, who did the same (arguably even more so?) for Pathfinder. He's also pretty much the only RPG artist whose coffee-table art book I own.

Toren Atkinson, who (apart from the glorious Wayne Reynolds covers) is my favorite artist for Green Ronin's Freeport setting, as well as some of their other product lines.

(For me, 4E art is a completely different beast, and one I didn't pay much attention to since the rules never grabbed me the same way every other new edition did. Reynolds is pretty much the only artist I could name from those books.)

For some reason 3e illustrators didn't manage to grab my attention.

Since this is the D20 era, I would give a special mention to the illustrator team of the d20 Modern game, who created superbe pulp action art and iconic characters. Dave Johnson for the cover.

I'm going to go with Lee Moyer for the moment, but I haven't really researched this. I tend to enjoy the art for its own sake, and seldom think to look up the name of the person who created it.

I admittedly can't think of a lot of artists from this period off the top of my head, but one that does come to mind is Kerem Beyit a Turkish artist who has done a number of things for Paizo and WotC.

One of the ones I like the most is his cover for Pathfinder's Technology Guide (which admittedly was published in 2014, but he has other work that dates back before then.)

Wayne Reynolds, but I also think that his work is way overwrought

This era was where I got mostly unimpressed by D&D art. The 'dungeonpunk' and 'modern fantasy' feel was not something I fancied in 3e, 4e, and Pathfinder.
Since you mentioned cartographers, though, I want to name two very inspiring (to me, at least) mapmakers, Rob Lazzaretti and Mike Schley. The former had already an amazing job mapping Planescape in the '90s, while the latter is currently known for doing most of 4e and 5e's map artwork.

For myself I'd have to say Wayne Reynolds. Having been a fan of Pathfinder 1E for the last 10 years, I've grown very fond of his work.
