Thanks Bruce!

Post by Chimpman » Fri Sep 19, 2014 6:40 am

I've been away from the boards for a while (and probably will be away for a bit longer), but I just wanted to stop by and say thanks to Bruce and THorf for producing a spectacular product! I returned home from work today to find a nice big package waiting for me on the table :D !!!

Anyway I haven't gone through the content yet, but the quality of both the book and the maps are spectacular. And I was very excited to see the placement of my Island (along with a few others that I recognized)!

Thank you to Bruce and Thorf (and everyone else who worked on the product). You folks should be very proud of what you have accomplished! I can't wait to start reading through it (which I'm going to go do right now)!

What John (Chimpman) said!

The hardcover book has just been delivered to my door here in the UK.
It's a beautiful piece of work. I know we're in the cloud-based digital age now, but having a real book to hold like this is just nice. ;)

Well done guys.

When's the next one due?

I just had a look at the electronic versions of Beyond the Skies and Skies of Fury (hopefully soon I'll have in my hands the hard copies) and I would like to add my personal thank you!

You haven't given much spotlight to Skies of Fury, but I enjoyed it very much as well!

Well, no. That's because it's unavailable to the public.

Neat article on that page. The odd thing about the image is that these ships are obviously docked, yet their sails are unfurled.
