After a really long delay, Other Minds Magazine, Issue 22 has finally been published. You can find it under this link
Have fun with the content of this Issue and feel free to ask any questions or leave comments either here or on our Facebook page (see below for link).
Please also take note that there are likely still some errors (either typos or content-related) contained in this first file. We will the publish an update fixing all these issues at a later date.
Please contact us for anything you might spot. Experience has shown that despite several stages of proofreading there is always something that slips through. At least we will hunt it down and eliminate it from the final file external image
For the OM team
I doubt I caught everything, but I'll rarely pass up an opportunity to offer additional proofreading.
The fair use notice on page three discusses the artwork on page 49. The issue has only 44 pages.
In the editorial, the last word in the paragraph about the Gamerboard Table is spelled "tabl" instead of "table".
On page 15, first paragraph, "ring" is not capitalized in "The One Ring" and "earth" is not italicized in "Adventures in Middle-earth". In the last paragraph, "Cubicle 7" is not capitalized.
On page 24, the Who section capitalizes Shirriff, but the summary of Part One does not ("local Shirriff" versus "local shirriff").
Page 25 has superscript shenanigans in the first paragraph of Part One. "1st of Yule" and "2nd of Yule" have no superscripting, while "2nd of Afteryule" has the letters superscript, and "29th of Foreyule" has the letters and numbers superscript. "Yule 1st and 2nd" splits it, with 1st having no superscript and 2nd having the letters superscript. The second paragraph has no superscript for "2nd of Yule." It also has an oddly placed comma at the beginning of a line, after "youngest to the oldest".
The last paragraph on page 28 has "greetedin" in its first sentence.
Page 29, under Questions and Answers, has "whereasrude-" ending the next to last line, with no space between words.
On page 31, the paragraph that ends at the top of the second column has no period after "night-shirt". In The Hobbits of North Spring, "They were no cruel masters" probably should be "They were not cruel masters" (this one's debatable - no can work in context, but not flows better IMO).
In the success table for Confronting the Oakmen on page 32, there's an extraneous "1" in the description of 0-1 Successes. In 8+ successes, it reads "orcs ll" instead of "orcs will".
At the bottom of the first column on page 33, a period needs to be inserted after "house".
On page 37, the quote box immediately after Excursus has a superscript "9" that might be from the quoted source, but is confusing within the context of the article.
The first footnote in the first column of page 42 has "oft he" instead of "of the".
