Android
- +2 Dexterity, +2 Intelligence, -2 Charisma
- Medium: Androids are medium creatures, and they have no bonuses or penalties due to their size
- Normal Speed: Androids have a base speed of 30 feet.
- darkvision 60 ft
- low-light vision
- +2 Perception
- for the purposes of effects targeting creatures by type (such as bane weapons), androids count as both humanoids and constructs
- +4 racial bonus on saving throws against
- mind-affecting effects
- paralysis
- poison
- stun effects
- immune to disease and sleep
- immune to fear and all emotion based effects
- -4 penalty on Sense Motive
- Nanite surge
Half-Construct
- +2 racial bonus on saving throws against
- disease
- mind-affecting effects
- poison, and
- effects that cause either exhaustion or fatigue.
- Half-constructs cannot be raised or resurrected.
- Half-constructs do not breathe, eat, or sleep, unless they want to gain some beneficial effect from one of these activities. This means that a half-construct can drink potions to benefit from their effects and can sleep in order to regain spells, but neither of these activities is required for the construct to survive or stay in good health.
How does combining the two work...do the racial saving throws against [ability] stack, or do I use the better of the two?

I´d say take the higher bonus. Stacking them seems to be too much.

I'm not sure if it's possible as they are already a construct...well partially.
Maybe a dip over at
Paizo's messageboard might get you more answers.

Bonuses of the same type do not stack, with very few exceptions (like dodge bonuses). Racial bonuses definitely do not stack.
Based on the spirit of the half-construct package, I would disallow adding it to android, because the concept of the latter race is already a fusion of organic and mechanical systems. Most of the traits are redundant anyway.

I'm guessing the premise here is that magical artificers found a damaged technological android in a crashed spaceship and decided to repair it with golem parts. It's an intriguing idea.

Depending on what's been repaired or replaced, you might want to take a look at the
augmented or
limbjack templates from
Advanced Bestiary. Both were designed as ways to create a magical cyborg-like creature. As humanoids, androids are legal recipients for either template.
