The Piazza's 10th Birthday Chat (Sat 26th May) - now extended to Monday

It's ten years since Ashtagon founded The Piazza on the 22nd of May 2008!




I appear in AuldDragon's live-streamed Spelljammer game on Saturdays, but I should be able to pop into our Super-Secret Pop-Up Discord Chatroom before the game. There will hopefully be plenty of other people around to chat to you, while I'm rolling 1s and trying to avoid dying during Auld's game.

The chatroom is going to open on the Saturday and then vanish in a puff of smoke after the end of the day.

I have extended the one-day-only chatroom for the third and last time, in order to give him and the people who support him a chance to pull other people over to Discord and showcase the advantages Discord might have to the Piazza community. Please go take a look, use it and then vote on Gravesguardian's topic.

There is an event on Faceborg that you can follow, if you are part of the Faceborg Collective.

I've got the time down as 12 noon (British Silly Time) but I'm going to open the chatroom earlier and set the self-destruct countdown on 24 hours. So everyone should get a chance to get in at some point.

I will be vanishing myself, to take part in AuldDragon's live-streamed game, but you are welcome to watch the game and comment on my poor dice rolls in the BIrthday Chatroom.

Since I use Discord for other servers, I already have an account/name established on there. I'm not aware of a way to change my name on a single server, or I would've done that for the Piazza server.

UPDATE: I figured out how to change my nickname on a per-server basis. So I'm Tim Baker on there, now.
