Slagovich and Environs

Post by Argentmantle » Fri Mar 22, 2019 5:59 pm

I'm detailing up a map of Slagovich and its immediate surround areas. This is a layout of the cliff and harbor pool and shaft to fill.

Besides a necessary canal to connect the harbor to the entrance, should Slagovich have more canals or water thoroughfares?

There is not a river large enough to be detailed on the maps, so it might have a small stream that feeds through the area.
We know that the city contains a large amount of height variations, enough so that they installed a trolley-esque system to move people over the steepest inclines.

Black indicates ocean
Brown indicates streets
Blue indicates inner harbor & lock
Gray indicates city wall

I'm thinking of leaving Slagovich's walls relatively thin, like only 6-10 feet in thickness.

Yeah, those maps are pretty much where I start for everything. Start building paths and lines there...

Nets you something like this after a bit of adding color. I'm still adding buildings and blending down the color. Probably gonna line up the walls a bit more.
