Would "T&A" be a suitable stand-in for the Book of Erotic Fantasy...?
Not really. I made the mistake of buying that book; not only is it really dumb and completely unplayable, but it's not really even all that sexy.
Nothing could be worse than F.A.T.A.L.
I have no personal experience with that one, but I believe you based on what I've heard. Too bad, a few of its ideas are interesting (and the name has retroactively been rebranded as "From Another Time And Land", which would be a great name for something much better), but it's not worth the effort of digging it out from all of the garbage, or so the game's reputation suggests.

Wizards' World, by Fantasy Worlds Unlimited in 1983.

And perhaps Chivalry & Sorcery ought to receive an honorable mention.

C&S was in the list until the question got refined down to those abbreviated to a repeated letter (possibly with an & in the middle).
