Has anyone developed a table or a mechanic on how this skill function or someone has a homebrew rule?

If you can read Italian, Marco Dalmonte has a large compendium of general skills.
Hunting is on page 53 (as "Cacciare").

Briefly, it gives +1 to Hit Rolls unaware targets with ranged weapons, and allows foraging on a successful skill check at -1 for each additional person you need to find food for (roll daily). A critical miss inflicts 1d4 HP.

My skills compilation book http://pandius.com/skills_compilation.pdf has the profession skill Hunter on page 11, and the skill hunting fully explained on page 23.
The skill Know Terrain, Animal/Monster/Fish Lore, Falconry, and the profession Falconry all affect Hunting.

I'd like to have the Hunting Skill do the following:

Foraging
Anyone can forage (see Expert Set), but Hunting or other survival based sklls can increase the rate of travelling while foraging.

Catching Prey
Hunting can help catch specific animals or monsters that the players are hired to capture or kill.

Preparing the kill
Hunting means the hunter can prepare the furs, meat etc to get a better value off his prey. This can be translated into GP, or bonuses to leather working etc.

Special
At the DM's choice, an encounter could result in a unique hunting opportunity. Roll hunting to find the prey. Then use stealth/Move Silently and attack rolls to see if the party can kill the prey:
1) Legendary animal. Hunting this creature will increase the party's reputation among hunters, locals etc.
2) Animal with prized feature: Great antlers, silver coat, razor sharp claws etc. Killing this prey will allow the hunter to harvest the feature and collect gold, or use animal part to craft special tools, armor etc.
3) Animal producing spell component.
4) Animal is local terror. The animal has terrorized a local village. Slaying the beast will gain the goodwill of locals and they might even give the PCs an item, gold etc.
