On this website http://www.chimerae.it/ you can find Blackmoor Living World publications.
On the 1st October you can find the campaign guide http://www.chimerae.it/download/CHBLW0en.zip and the first adventure http://www.chimerae.it/download/CHBLWN1en.zip
The plan is to add a new adventure every month.
The campaign is open to any author willing to propose amateur adventures for Blackmoor Living World.

You should be able to find everything that you need in the campaign guide: http://www.chimerae.it/download/CHBLW0en.zip - at the very end you will also find a small section about rulesets conversion, useful if you want to transfer to AFF characters that were originally developed in a D&D campaign.

Do you mean, like a sequel? If so, yes, there is a following adventure in the making. I have to ask, though, do frogemoths exist in Blackmoor?

I can't see any reason for them not to be there, if you want them: in Blackmoor there are both swamps and aberrations of various kinds.

One of the nicest aspects (for me) of Fredigar's Hope is that it has a lot of references to Havard's Marcellius of Tangor and the Dog Duke write up (viewtopic.php?f=24&t=5332&p=207076). This way it stregthens and expands fanon.
